• The event is organized by Share Online, a platform that connects people who want to share their skills and knowledge with others who want to learn from them.
• The event is open to anyone who registers on the Share Online website and pays the required fee of R50.
• The event will take place at a specified location, date and time, which may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Share Online will notify the participants of any changes as soon as possible.
• The participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and a food will be sold at the venue.
• The participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards the organizers, speakers, instructors and other participants. Share Online reserves the right to remove anyone who violates the code of conduct or causes any disruption or damage to the event or the venue.
• The participants agree to follow the health and safety guidelines and regulations imposed by the authorities and the venue regarding COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. This may include wearing masks, maintaining social distance, showing proof of vaccination or negative test results, etc. Share Online is not liable for any illness or injury that may occur as a result of attending the event.
• The participants agree to release Share Online from any liability for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur during or as a result of attending the event. The participants assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their participation in the event.
• The participants grant Share Online the permission to use their name, image, voice and feedback for promotional purposes related to the event or the platform. The participants can opt out of this by contacting Share Online in writing before the event.
