Share Gaming Esports Tournament Terms and Conditions By registering for the Esports Tournament, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- You must be 18 years or older and reside in or around Soweto to participate in the tournament.
- You must have a valid ID and proof of registration to enter the venue and play in the tournament.
- You must comply with the rules and regulations of the games, the tournament format, and the code of conduct of the event.
- Players may only use the standard default settings of EA FC24 when choosing teams.
- For CandyCrush, the default settings will be used.
- You must respect the equipment, facilities, staff, and other participants of the event. Any damage, theft, or misconduct may result in disqualification, expulsion, or legal action.
- You are solely responsible for your personal belongings and valuables. The organizer, Share Online, is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your items.
- You are not allowed to eat or drink in the venue when competing, a eating space will be provided. You must dispose of your trash properly and keep the venue clean.
- You Agree to have profile of you created at least a week before the event
- You grant the organizer, Share Online, the right to use your name, image, voice, and performance in any media or platform for promotional or commercial purposes, without any compensation or prior notice.
- You release the organizer, Share Online, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the tournament.
You acknowledge that the tournament may be subject to changes, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The organizer, Share Online, will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes and provide alternative arrangements if possible.
